The morale among employees was low, and it was evident that many people were struggling due to a lack of support and understanding from leadership.The company’s leadership appeared more focused on protecting its external image than addressing the internal challenges. It often felt like we were merely actors in a carefully scripted play, where the real issues were ignored, and everything was done to maintain a facade of success.The work environment was incredibly toxic, largely due to certain individuals whose behavior was allowed to persist by management. Despite knowing about the issues, the company chose to retain these individuals, which created an unhealthy atmosphere.If you're looking for an environment where you can grow and be recognized for your work, this may not be the place.
