It's been 5 months and so far I have not been given any project. I am from auditing background and my profile is being pitched to clients as Cyber security analyst ( which is something I have never done in my life). One of best thing is job security in working with TCS and good opportunity for growing multiple high level skills but choose wisely while taking projects.

Dislikes

Initially for freshers they will ask you to work on support project and later they will move you to development or which u like to work but once’d you allocated to support project they will never remove from that.

I get to learn different skills by having unlimited access to udemy and learning access also I do not have an ego to work in development. So when I was released from first project I got support role which then transitioned to kafka project

Promotions and Hikes are invisible. It's based on pure luck If you get a promotion, in-hand salary gets increased in very slow manner.
