I like the job security they are giving as we all are facing pandemic situation now
I left the tcs bcz i had pkg of 4.5 with experience of 6 yrs n they took me in BPS process which is very worse to grow the career. Even they give me joining offer 20% only. I had no other option at that time thats why i accept it.but even after that due to bps process i didnt get much hike that was 25thousand a year 2019. So i look mysepf for nxt 5yrs n i see nothing is there in this process to stay in tcs for bps. I request my management to take me on IT role. But they didnt accept my request though i waa the only senior resource over there. They expect work as senior and giving salary like fresher. So i got frustrate n i left tcs. I dont wanted to left tcs from my heart bit now if i am looking to get there the door are closed for me. I was thinking to settled in tcs but its not possible... N no was there to understand my concern....Read More

1. Next to terrible on appraisal n salary hike n promotion part. 2. HR and RMG are all blood sucking vampires, never were and never will work in employee favour. 3. Supervisor is favor making machine BUT ONLY for Girls and his favourite ones who are always ready to catch his shit. 4. Asking for release from project feels like you'veasked for one of the kidney of Supervisor, he will try giving all the possible excuses which makes no sense but you'll fall prey easily as you are not aware of company policies which happens in 99% cases and for remaining tennure you'll hv to live on supervisor's mercy. After changing almost 5 projects, last one was life changing and finally decided to say TATA to Tata.
