Nothing to like here. Worst management and HR department Company politics at its highest

Everything! Worst company in gurgaon to work in. Managers don't have any management skills and don't do any work whole day like Neeti Sejwal, as a senior manager she doesn't do any work and highlights mistakes of her team whole day instead. Is this the work of a senior manager? Lots of work pressure and you are not compensated for overtime as per company's requirement. No basic facilities like cabs and food provided is below average. Only thing to like here is that when you will enter the company you will feel like you are better than everyone else because that's kinda work culture and employees you will find there.

Dislikes

Worst company! No growth! So much company politics! They make new company policies everyday and scam you with it but if you ask them to show the company policies, they would never show them to you because they don't exist. Don't join this company! There are so many better options!

The best part of this company was LEAVING!

Dislikes

Management is very poor. They’ve literally hired Chhapris as managers. HRs are upper management’s puppets. Company crowd is so low standard and work culture is even worse. Company’s interior looks like a call centre. Feels like you’re working in a shady basement. One of the worst companies to work in Gurgaon.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
