Terrible work culture infact there is no culture. Management wants you to have only work and no personal life. People who work 24x7 are appreciated and if anyone wishes to have some family time are disrespected. No work processes and system even though it's 100 year old company. One person will decide everything hence concept of senior management is largely absent. Poor pay as compared to market, variable component is very high. Career growth is slow. They treat their employees like servants with no basic human rights. This company harbours criminals and sexuuuaalll offendeeers
