Very slow growth. Average time to get promoted is 6 to 7 years although the policy states 3 years. The Tata culture is no more seen in this company. They are undoing all the benefits in the name of cost cutting and benchmarking whereas there is no salary revision.

Dislikes

No work life balance, many of the senior management positions are maintained by 25years + people which have understanding gap between new working style. Open culture still not reached at point to be implemented in Tata power.
