Terrible company policy. What ever you asked HR will tell that they dnt have policy for that. They just hire people and sell to Tata steel. As tata steel is the biggest revenue source for them. HR dept is horrible. Only 5-6 technically solid person is there. They have only tata brand to sell. Without Tata group support they will hardly sustain in the market.
