I like about working at tata enterprise I learn the more thing in tata enterprise for example who lead the team and who the brief and motivate the team who to work with team and lots of things.

Overtime is the main concern here we didn't payed for overtime not even a single time ...by overtime we leave store in mid nights we have to travel fall to reach our home and no one is looking for our safety issue

1. Even spending 3 years you will not get promoted. 2. On the part of job security- manager increase your work load until you leave the job. 3. If you mistakenly miss the time sheet your salary will be deducted even you have done a lot of work. 4. Work culture is so bad - on month end you have to work like a bull 16 to 18 hour in a single day but due to management pressure you show it as 9 hours only.
