Nice but sometimes you have a lot to learn and I think it’s a great way for people who have a hard to get to a place to go and enjoy it but it’s a lot more rewarding and I don’t know how you do that with a group that is very competitive but it’s a good thing to be a good friend to people that you know are very good at that so you don’t need a bunch to get into it and then they have a bunch to go into the hobby so it’s not like they don’t want you there but they just have a bunch that they have to do something that you can get to do it with a good friends or they have to be able get a good friends or whatever they have a lot more friends that you know that they can do that they can get a good person that you can do it with a lot of people that you can do it for you can do that you can do it for you know that you’re good 😊 you have no more than that...Read More

I like about working at tata enterprise I learn the more thing in tata enterprise for example who lead the team and who the brief and motivate the team who to work with team and lots of things.

Overtime is the main concern here we didn't payed for overtime not even a single time ...by overtime we leave store in mid nights we have to travel fall to reach our home and no one is looking for our safety issue

Company politics more than other company. Most management bring their past colleagues, no talent required for some posts. Technically strong has rare Oppertunity to grow. If you are talkative then you will grow.

1. Even spending 3 years you will not get promoted. 2. On the part of job security- manager increase your work load until you leave the job. 3. If you mistakenly miss the time sheet your salary will be deducted even you have done a lot of work. 4. Work culture is so bad - on month end you have to work like a bull 16 to 18 hour in a single day but due to management pressure you show it as 9 hours only.
