1. Work culture - everyone is a delivery manager. No one knows what work is to be done, how it is to be done. Employees are questioned whole taking their own leaves. If everything is the word, it'll be appropriate. - Leadership thinks we are a sales firm, and engineers are asked to achieve target. - No scope of Learning and Development. - Work Life Balance is a myth. - Taking leaves even if earned leaves is a task. - Sick leaves are considered a sin. - 14+ hrs everyday is a norm and weekends andholidays are considered as work days. - Company has no vision and is in the business of white labelling other tata brands and brands them as Tata Neu. - Top Heads have absolutely no clarity on app performance rather think only way to make revenue is to be a marketer. - Everyday your attendance is tracked and constant micromanagement from leads....Read More

It is a Tata company, so it continues to attract some good people too.

Dislikes

The culture is quite poor. While the new CEO seems to have made efforts to change things, the overall work culture still isn't great, as a lot of the previous leadership continue. Hope Ratan Tata's passing, makes people remember his spirit and values, and what it means to be a Tata company. Right now, I guess I'm not sure if we can say that we are.

Work Culture is great, but this is very specific to team you're in. Lots to learn being young startup across all tech stack. Overall good.

Dislikes

No proper procedures or approvals to get things done, lacks leadership. No proper role and levels distinction. Promotions are very slow and kinda biased. Appraisal hike is very less for SDEs.
