If u join as a fresher they will treat you as senior developer they will not give you any training you on your own have to learn everything and they will always exmaine you like it is interview everyday. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
