This company cheats on you after having you and getting all the work done they find nothing but any possible reason just to hold your salary. They don’t have training programs unless you go to Bangalore and if you would plan then there’s no surety if they gonna reimburse the expenses you’d make. The manager literally ghost you for days. And expect you to work like robots, pathetic company.

Dislikes

Disgusting company, cheaters. They make you work for nothing. Every month you gotta ask for your salary and every time you do that they gonna give you stupid lame reasons and if you give profiles for any xyz client they gonna steal it from you and show that you did nothing for them. Worst Har team and worst management. The bloody pivotal associates.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
