SAP GRC Consultant - Support & Implementation (5-7 yrs)

About the Role :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP GRC Consultant with a strong focus on Access Control.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience supporting and configuring the GRC Access Control suite.

- You will be responsible for maintaining the GRC environment, creating and managing connectors, defining risks and mitigations, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities :

- GRC Access Control Support: Provide support for the GRC Access Control suite, resolving user issues and ensuring system stability.

Connector Management: Create new connectors and maintain connector groups for integration with various systems.

Function & Risk ID Management: Create and manage Function IDs and Risk IDs for authorization maintenance.

This includes making changes to existing IDs as needed.

Mitigation Management: Create and maintain Mitigation IDs and controls to address identified risks.

Risk Remediation: Remediate risks based on simulation results, working with business users and technical teams.

Connector Maintenance: Maintain connectors to ensure seamless access through GRC.

Role Methodology: Maintain the role methodology for different role types through condition groups.

End User Provisioning (EUP): Maintain and configure EUP for use in different scenarios.

Password Self-Service: Configure and maintain password self-service functionality.

Synchronization Jobs: Maintain and monitor synchronization jobs to ensure data consistency.

Rule Set Management: Maintain rule sets for customized Risk IDs and Function IDs.

Mitigation Control & Risk Mitigation: Create mitigation controls and mitigate identified risks.

Access Request Management: Manage access requests, approvals, and provisioning.

Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and analyze GRC data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills :

- Extensive experience supporting and configuring SAP GRC Access Control suite.

- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining connectors.

- Strong understanding of Function IDs, Risk IDs, and Mitigation IDs.

- Proven ability to remediate risks based on simulation results.

- Experience with role methodology and condition groups.

- Knowledge of End User Provisioning (EUP).

- Ability to configure and maintain password self-service.

- Experience maintaining synchronization jobs.

- Expertise in managing rule sets.

- Strong understanding of mitigation controls and risk mitigation strategies.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
