I wonder why the company choose to hire and retain people who are criminally accused. I know a person who has to regularly visit court for grave charges against him. It’s painful to collaborate with such person specially when the crime is henious and against women.

Even though heard alot about company but they do not have projects and bench culture is disgustingly annoying. They don’t have any portal or website where you can find jobs in other projects. Manager’s don’t support if you do not have personal relations with them. They judge based on terms not on skills. No proper HR management no RMG. Work Life balance is very good in this company its not a bad company to join you can easily survive here for at least 2+ years but it depends on you , no night shifts require , you can get onsite as well but onsite are for short period of time may be 2 to 3 weeks not more than that

Less increment and projects gets over in 1 year very few long term projects are there where you can work for a longer period of time .

Some basis managers at T systems are more than worst. Usually assigned completely non technical work to team members. Basically 4 to 5 years of experience teachnical person needs to ask update on daily task from most senior to most junior team member. They have everything customised like monitoring n all. nothing is as per standard sap

For Hybrid Work there no such fixed rule, managers changes the working days as per their convenience so 0 work life balance.
