For Hybrid Work there no such fixed rule, managers changes the working days as per their convenience so 0 work life balance. I wonder why the company choose to hire and retain people who are criminally accused. I know a person who has to regularly visit court for grave charges against him. It’s painful to collaborate with such person specially when the crime is henious and against women.

They assign any projects to the freshers which is not good for there growth. They should provide projects to freshers according to there strengths & knowledge.

Depends upon the project. It's a German company looking to move major projects from Europe to India as to save money.

Same , project moving from Europe to India and employees over there are not happy about this. So even a small mistake leads to escalation and then u r put on bench and then terminated. No security.

Bad management. No recognition for good work Management steal the credit for your work and gets incentive. No proper hierarchy. Resource Managers call themselves as Program managers and dominate tech teams.
