The work life balance is great and they have allowed freely and they have expected only output has to be completed at time.

1. You will be required to work on 24/7 there will be no work-life balance anytime user may call. 2. Salary/appraisal are not followed properly, verbally they will say they provide but at the time of appraisal they will issue PIP 3. They have fired people without any reason and accuse of false allegations and data theft even if you use your own laptop for work. 4. Proper credits are not given and very toxic culture employer will hear the conversation through surveillance camera. 5. There is nothing to like about this company if there is below 1 to rate i would probably give in minus. No work ethics No guidence Acquising employee related to work Providing false allegation if the employee ask for appraisal Ig probably they would ask to rate good 🤣
