Hire and fire. They will utilize you in the project, once your work is done they will throw you out the project and fire you after 45 days. As there are not mich clients available. No hike , no value for work efforts people putin , value for the people who does politics, working flexible policy is there but managers will not let you use it, Management need to look at how managers are handling things before things go to worst

You cant be sitting on bench for long, ive seen people relieved in 1 week .Client is god here.Unfortunately mine is terrible and i havent got sleep from countless nights because of work pressure. I also got less ctc than it was promised hence make sure u ask for an email.I will be leaving it soon.

You can learn new technologies and get hands on multiple projects. Good company if and only if you’re looking for salary

No clarity from management over appraisals and promotions. Client centric, do not care for employees. Worst appraisals in Industry. Never seen such peanuts hike in whole career. Forget about work culture. No parties and team outings. In the name of team, you have to enjoy your own company. No good food in cafeteria and pantry is always out of stock of milk or coffee.

There is no work life balance, they don't care if you have to work till 2am they'll just say it's a client requirement. Management is worst they'll only provide appraisals and award's to those who will chit chat with them informally, even if you are a critical and deserving resource you are not going to get any opportunity of onsite or appraisal

No job security. I was on bench for 2 months and later they called and asked to resign. It's like indirect layoff. The opportunities provided in bench period are for name sake.
