No job security. I was on bench for 2 months and later they called and asked to resign. It's like indirect layoff. The opportunities provided in bench period are for name sake.

Synechechron doesn't have it own project. They deploy to client side so it depends if you are lucky enough you will get good technology . most of the time client give dump work to contractor because they don't want to make dependency.

1. Hike average 2. Client is super priority so never listen to employee concern 3. No role of management behave like now you need to keep client happy 4. No process and polices 5. No co-ordination between client and parent organization 6. If client behaving inhuman then even listen concern 7. With me my client has harrased me on which synechron doesn't have any stand and was not ready to release me from my project. Not good hike No hike on promotions No chance of change in work once you tagged with a client No 360 degree feed back culture Terrible bench policy. For senior resources, Once you release from project, in next one month they give 3 months basic salary and ask for resignation. Bench is only for juniors. At some point hike get decreased and during appraisal cycle project are completed and no task in hand..so less hike expected, but that's fine.

You cant be sitting on bench for long, ive seen people relieved in 1 week .Client is god here.Unfortunately mine is terrible and i havent got sleep from countless nights because of work pressure. I also got less ctc than it was promised hence make sure u ask for an email.I will be leaving it soon.
