I was enjoy working at Synechron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. because of its collaborative culture and commitment to employee development. My colleagues was supportive and knowledgeable, making it a pleasant work environment.

Dislikes

I believe there could be more opportunities for career advancement within Synechron. It would be helpful to have clearer guidelines and mentorship programs to support employees in reaching their professional goals. While I understand the importance of accountability, I sometimes feel that my work was overly micromanaged. More autonomy and trust in employees could lead to increased productivity and job satisfaction....Read More

Nothing much to like, this is service based.. If you are in project, all good.. if not, then all hell breaks loose
