3 days work from office. Needs to visit office at Hinjewadi no matter where you lives. No job security, company can fire you at any point of time. Zero promotion. Zero skill development. Zero work life balance, needs to work on weekends too if client asks and no comp off. Extremely toxic company culture. It is employee staffing company only.

In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination

Nothing much to like about a. Vompany that pretends to be a services organisation but hardly has any services. Twi people run the company and are key decisions makers. They run the company like a shop and have an effection for self love.

They hire stupid people to manage company No idea of where they are going. Business depends on contacts whi can give them business. No job security and office management is a mess. They turn of AC and lights in the evening They dont have canteen for employees working after 5 PM. What is the use of all other benefits, if you don't have job security, for 4 years i got a excellent rating, client project got ramped down, 2 weeks into bench, they asked me to put a resignation. I believe this is not a good thing to do.

Nothing much to like about, it is hit and miss kind of company. No unnecessary logging 8 hours a day. They do have big bank as clients, but all projects if bank need extra hands to develop some stuff.

Dislikes

It is mostly a body shop, hardly any good managed proects. most of the roles are T&M. Hire and fire policy, no training or upskilling. If someone is on bench for 45 days, that person will be told to leave organization.
