Leadership team shows the concern on Employess issues n problem. Business structure for customers is good but not for employees. Synchrony is a company who always support equal opportunity to PDN n women to achieve their professional goals in their life.

Dislikes

Growth structure in terms of less designation opening in IJP's . Outsiders get better salary but person who given years n years religiously to company hardly get satisfactory hike in pay.

My work environment is prominent, neither very helpful or enjoyable nor very much pressurized. Hence over all its good.
