If you a good knowledge in c# language then this company is suits for you otherwise it's not suitable for you. In training they provide basics information about c# language and they covered the basic within 2 days and also they give 50 to 60 question per day for assignment for 2 - 3 days it's overall 120 question are given and alsothey put a pressure to finish after that they conduct a phase 1 test for three medium......like this there are 3 phase test you want to complete. Based on Your performance they push you to resign or terminate you within 1 or 2 Trainers are avoiding some person like me because of asking doubts in private. If your a fresher and you don't know about c#. Please concern below: * They don't give time to learn otherwise they will pressure you to complete. * Don't judge this role by interview process because they conduct technical interview with python but in your role uts completely c#. *Salary hike is based on your rating. But they give only 2.5 to 3 rating in training period. Note; Easy phase is training but it's completed dificult if you're new to this field because I'm non IT field but I know python. *Importantly please forget your sleep and health for upto 8 to 10 months after that it's depends upon your team. No work life balance. *And there somany dislikes are there but if you investigate about this company they only portray this company like Job security, WFH, 6 months once hike. Please check this review with any friend is work in that company because it's completely true so please consider because I resign my core job because of this role but its end with termination, Now I'm jobless.
