1) Time Management issue. 2) Un-necessary dependencies and overload on employees. 3) Integrity issue (MD to Employees) 4) In the name of Reward and Recognition.. There was no Reward only Recognition. 5) Sticky and Stinky atmosphere. 6) Mismanagement. 7) Non Truthfulness and lack of transparency. 8) Retention of projects with the help of below budgeting/costing. There is nothing to like about the organization. Narrow minded people work in the organization. No policies, they fight and argue over 3500 rps. The company has no business because of poor management and poor seniors.

Environment is very friendly and senior people guide to groom their subordinates. It has an excellent work culture and work life balance. Not really, If working is a part of any disliking, I totally disagree. If I dont like tea provided by office which is sweet and it is the cause then its unfortunate. Sometime work pressure is high due to tight deadlines.
