1) Tea 2) My work place 3) The respect which I gained from the people over their. 4) My Interpersonal Growth (Not Monitory) 5) Their dependencies upon me. 6) I am ashamed, after working 5 and a half years, I am not able to write sixth point.

Dislikes

1) Time Management issue. 2) Un-necessary dependencies and overload on employees. 3) Integrity issue (MD to Employees) 4) In the name of Reward and Recognition.. There was no Reward only Recognition. 5) Sticky and Stinky atmosphere. 6) Mismanagement. 7) Non Truthfulness and lack of transparency. 8) Retention of projects with the help of below budgeting/costing. Hurting Industry Standards. 9) No Monetary Growth, No appraisal, No recreation 10) Just join and you can write a book on dislikes about working in SyManSys....Read More
