1) Tea 2) My work place 3) The respect which I gained from the people over their. 4) My Interpersonal Growth (Not Monitory) 5) Their dependencies upon me. 6) I am ashamed, after working 5 and a half years, I am not able to write sixth point.

1) Time Management issue. 2) Un-necessary dependencies and overload on employees. 3) Integrity issue (MD to Employees) 4) In the name of Reward and Recognition.. There was no Reward only Recognition. 5) Sticky and Stinky atmosphere. 6) Mismanagement. 7) Non Truthfulness and lack of transparency. 8) Retention of projects with the help of below budgeting/costing. It is great experience working with Symansys, work culture is too good and every teammates is very supportive. Company is working with 4 domains so we all have option to learn new skills in training time. I have completed 1 year and my journey with symansys is very good. Learning under leaders that is the best part of my 1 year.

There is nothing to like about the organization. Narrow minded people work in the organization. No policies, they fight and argue over 3500 rps. The company has no business because of poor management and poor seniors.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
