Worst company ever!! To much deductions in salary... No Benefits nothing. They will mention free meals in JD but they will deduct 1200 from your and and deposit into sodexo, They will deduct Epfo Employee and Employer share from your salary only...!! No Health insurance to employees nothing..?!! No job security.!! For 2.5lpa in every organization you will get 18k+ but in this fu****g organization you will get only 13.8k ....!!! The only thing I liked was, colleagues at my office.

The work culture is pathetic and the management is so worst that they don't care about employees. I still wonder how clients are working with this company. This being a BPO company, the least they know is satisfied employees lead to satisfied customer service. The management is only good at giving un relatable logics. All the departments in this organization, starting from training to Manager and director of Sykes India need to first have some common sense and the last thing for these guys is the Humanity. I don't think anyone except who is in dire need of job or money, needs to join this company. There needs to be a negative star for this organization to rate.
