I like that Company but their policies are not at all good if you Sneeze also they will terminate and also if you cannot sit properly in the seat even though they will Terminate you and also for each and everything they will going to terminate you on any base so kindly be careful before you Join in it

Well I worked with Sykes for 1years and 5months. 1) SALARY AND OTHER PAY LIKE OVERTIME, INCENTIVES WILLNOT BE PAID ON TIME. 2) YOU WILL BE FORCED TO DO OVERTIME AND WILL NOT BE PAID PROPERLY 3) YOU WILL HAVE TO PLAN YOUR HOLIDAYS WHICH WE ARE ENTITLED TO TAKE SHOULD BE PLANNED A YEAR AHEAD. 4) NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. 5) "GROWTH" MANAGMENT PLAYS UNFAIR GAME HERE. 6) "OVERTIME " DO OR LEAVE(if u refuse to do overtime). 7) THERE IS NO ANNUAL HIKE IN THIS ORGANIZATION. 8) HR AND MANAGERS ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE AT ALL. 9) "WFH" HAS MORE COMPLICATIONS AND OVERTIME WILL NOT BE PAID AT ALL. 10) FINALLY HERE IN THIS ORGANIZATION U WILL BE FORCED TO DO THINGS LIKE OVERTIME AND TAKING HOLIDAYS. !!!!!!!!please forget your personal life of you want to join this organization!!!! I have been working at sykes for more than one and half year now. The most important thing I experienced here is no work pressure. Team mates and superiors are always available for even minor help.
