This is the the most pathetic company I have ever worked with! I was only because of Covid i was stuck here for a whole year... And because I worked for long hours it worsen my health and then I decided to leave this hell 1. No work-life balance they will make you work for long hours over time even if there is no requirement from client 2. Senseless compliance rules and give threat of warnings in every puny matter. 3. And their offer letter, I wish I could post it here... First they only tell you the gross pay and ctc but the day you join then you know that "your gross pay is not your take home salary" which pissed my mind off like hell..! 😡 4. In every company at the log off time the grace wait time is 15 mins for cab delay... But here its sometimes 30 and 60 mins or more and some people don't get cab...and if the director wants he will make it delay for 2 hours Just imagine your are exhausted after working for 12hrs and then you have cab delay for an hour or more Please note if you are serious about your job and care about your wellbeing and your family please don't join this organisation... At the end of the day you will wander blindly your mind will be blocked won't be able to think of any good idea... Its nothing but a concentration camp... You will mostly find that Immature and newly graduated or undergraduate people work here i.e between the age of 18 to 25...and the older are in some position which is nothing but just to escape taking call......Read More
