As usual due to Pandemic we cannot enjoy much on-site, so many restrictions for our own safety. Need some improvement in managing employees, someone should be there to hear their problems. Terminations and resignations happens in every company mostly due to lack of proper synchronisation and miscommunications. There shall be some bridge in terms of either a platform or a particular team to escalate employees problems....Read More

Job location, yes this is the only concern i have about. As for the day shift cabs facility will not be there. So want support on this.
