Consultants don't get the opportunity to be part of team meets which happen in different cities. It is only once you are a permanent employee that all these benefits roll in.

A good company to work for. They have only a remote option, so expect to work from home only. I was employed by them to help recruit Tech Support Engineers. They have a lengthy process for shortlisting candidates and giving them an offer. I reported to an HR manager there. Flexible work hours, but no guarantee on Job Security. Anytime they can tell you "we dont need you". This is even if you are a permanent employee. Only the Engineers are safe in this organisation. The rest of the teams like Sales, Customer Success, HR's, Consultants and Marketing teams are subject to performance or if they really need them or not...Read More

Limited meet ups to see other employees. Company meets are once a year. Its a startup, so expect to lose your job anytime no matter how good an employee you are in performance as well. Hierarchy structure not in place. Anytime they can say we dont need a third HR.
