Good one for freshers.

Dislikes

Compensation is pathetic. Despite scoring above 4 out of 5 in your PDRP, your increment would be lesser than 12k in your ctc. No night shift allowance at all. Though, tasks given are manageable, work pressure is based on your reporting manager.

Good opportunity to learn. But I recommend that experience people to get promoted rather than selecting less experienced or selecting people from outside. I had been in Quality for 6 years and 3 months. Only 2 levels I was promoted within 6 years. Atleast, I should be considered and promoted as Manager. But it wasn't happened. Myskillset goes in vain. Even so many of topmost managers and account managers(Service Delivery) knows about my skills. But they don't consider me and give me an opportunity.
