Job security: If you work and keep on working with a stable pace your job is secure. They do lay off unproductive staff. Work culture: Even if managers knows they are in B2B tech services where essential thing is solution how you really make things work. Still there are lot of methods which don't work and which don't lead to solution. They will not change method. They will convince you that your communication is lagging. Management: Management is decent but leaders are affraid of owning the unforeseen circumstances.. Literally I had car crash when I was out on weekend and my manager do remind me about shrinkage.. I mean I crashed at speed of 69 kmph and i expect my company to think of me as human who can get hurt.. Company policies: This is worst part.. In 2014 due to revised PF policy salary was reduced.. Then in March they align their financial cycle with USA and skipped apraisal. Then they apraised me after 2 years.. Yeah after 2 years.. with 700 rupees only.. I took just 5 day leave for my own marriage.. And used to work 11 hours for 10 hour shift every day.. They occasionally and selectively withdraw consent on reliving employee from their duties at the end of notice period and make them leave job without proper paperwork.
