It is a good start if you enter as fresher and help you in understanding that BPO is not a good industry to be a part of.

Dislikes

The Shifts man. Most of us work on night and the worst part is the graveyard shifts. My shifts start at 2.30 am in morning. Job security ... well you can forgot. People come and start their shift as normal, suddenly manager calls them and they will walk out. .. Sutherland will give you a feeling that you can lose your job any second.

Due to covid 19, lockdown and 144 in cochin. I work in At&t team. We cannot go to office, they didn't gave work at home. Now saying that these days will me marked as leave taken from leave balance . When it is zero, marked as LOP. How can Sutherland do that? These days should be marked as holiday.Central govt. Clearly mentioned not to cut the wages in any companies. These leaves were kept by us so that it can be taken only on emergency by us. Now Sutherland is eating up our leave/money....Read More
