I really enjoyed my time working at Sutherland, especially because of strong management team and the supportive work environment. During my two years there, I had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. I appreciated the focus on career growth and continuous training opportunities.

Dislikes

One of the challenges I faced during my time at Sutherland was the high turnover rate and the lack of follow through on long term performance. I believe that for any organisation to thrive, it’s important for leadership to not only focus on short term goals but also support employees in realising long term success.

Very worst salary package, promotion, TL,Managers... In Sutherland 6 days working one days week off Including government holidays.... Best suggestion don't choose any one Sutherland company and don't believe any fake advertisements.....

There is no good canteen and only one washroom on the floor. Less maintenance of services No job security From manager to employee speak bad language on the floor. No cab facilities There is no safe for women Food is also not good.if food is good the price are very high

Cafeteria is good but the shopkeeper is very rude to all employees which is annoying , unclean restrooms , sometimes cab issues .

Performance ratings will be provides as per employees performance for overal financial year. Says that appraisal will be based on that rating but i never seen a transparent appraisal process means how much amount is going to increase for the particular rating.

1. Too much internal politics. 2. Promotions not based on the performance, most of the company managers doing their job in a wrong way. They are doing the power in a wrong way. 3. I have faced this problem, without any notice, in the end of the month they approved my resignation without notice period. They are doing with terminationin the last of the month and I had stuck in the location without money. The work culture is very peaceful and the salary is pretty fair compared to other other companies as Sutherland provides a much better package even to freshers. The best salary packages in the industry.

If you are hired on a contractual basis like I was there is no job security at all if the process to which you are hired is unsuccessful or if there is no more requirement for so many head counts they will just as you to go home. Maybe you will be notified a 2 days or maximum a week before that to just casually they will tell you may lose your job and they will just tell you to go home. Worst place to work..we will lose our health due to the rotational shifts they have offered.. transportation is worst for long distance people.. worst management I have ever worked..they only provide the promotion for the people who are sharing cigarette break with the managers..they only give promotion to these people only.. not value for hard working people..
