Worst company i ever worked with

Firstly they don’t check their computers before shipping to us during wfh. After we receive it we have n number of issues and there is a big process of creating a ticket and dealing with many teams. Secondly during work they haven’t provided me the allotted one hour break. And the rest 8 hour work will be extended to 9-11 hours. Even for emergencies we have to ask the TL to go for wash room. And that too they don’t approve immediately. They expect us to communicate in webex, adobe, WhatsApp and in phone call immediately. But while answering customers call, we have to put our phone in silent. Then how they expect us to immediately reply in everything. Coming to work, there are a lot of protocols which doesn’t make sense. They over stress their employees for nothing. I also haven’t received my salary for first three months. I received everything at fourth month and my fifth month salary also got delayed. And they also don’t give importance and there is no one specific person or team to deal with it.
