Nothing it’s the worst company I have worked with no work life balance at all. Not at all employee centric.

The management , the policy and the rules. Once you step in to the office you will not have any personal life for those 9 hours.

Work culture is good along with the infrastructure and the facilities the company provide.

Nothing is permanent. You may get promoted one day and taken back the other day . There is a lot of favourism.

This was the first company I worked, great team and excellent management. Whatever I am today, they have built and molded me. Worst HR team doing nothing other than recruitment. WFM is like puppet doing nothing except uploading the files shared to them. Transport department is if no use...still using the old pattern of assigning cabs to employees There's a lot more which is not said by many out there.

The L&D function is very active and great. It curate the actual needs of the people learning and help the employees to grow.

There is no good canteen and only one washroom on the floor. Less maintenance of services No job security From manager to employee speak bad language on the floor. No cab facilities There is no safe for women Food is also not good.if food is good the price are very high

Excellent company culture, excellent management, but predatory compansation packages. But if they seem justified to you, you'll feel at the right place
