Likes

Decent work environment ,team members are supportive and helping. They are have given work from due to covid 19 which is good.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Politics and sometimes you don't get job that you deserve but overall its ok. Not much to dislike.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
