I joined SunLife in January 2019, and although I'm leaving in a few months, I genuinely have no major dislikes. The company is fantastic overall. One area that could be improved i WFH policy. SunLife currently has a requirement for two days of work from the office, and if you need WFH on those days, it can be a hassle. Rather than granting WFH for urgent needs, the usual option is to take a leave, as WFH needs leadership approval. Ironically, when team volumes are high, WFH is often approved without a problem – I still wonder how that works out! Still, only two office days are required, and if you’re based outside Delhi, you can plan around this and manage longer visits home by scheduling leaves for office days. It’s the best company to start your career. Work environment is good as comparision to other companies.

Only thing I do not like is the salary structure. New hires are getting paid good while vintage employees who deserves more are getting less.
