It used to be good company, but not anymore.

Here these so-called idiotic managers will make you work, they themselves do not know how to. They did used to recruit for US, 16 years back when they literally had no competition in the market and think of themselves as some kind of superman. These selfish unprofessional like BPS and V, do not even know how to properly converse in English, they take all your credit, eat your money, and give the credit of your work to other members who are brown nosing with them if you know what I mean.... They themselves sleep during working hours, because one of them have a so-called career in politics so he has to get up in the morning to touch feet of other politicians and he has been taking free salary by literally doing nothing and I repeat nothing... from past 2 years. There has been no business contribution from his side, because he is trying to be a politician. And the other one he sleeps because he does not know how to work, he just knows how to pick his nose and buzz around! On top of everything whenever there is a conversation of Salary increment, they react as if their father is giving the money to the employees, but surely the increment goes to people who are terrific when it comes to brown nosing. Small - Small politics Or even targetting an employee games are common here If Onsite is mandatory then all employees in the company must be onsite, which is here opposite No new strategies are adopted to make the team work effectively or efficiently. No training and development programs are held. Everything! Leads, managers, Business heads you name it! If you stayed in org. from 2018 to 2022 you will end up being a Account manager, even if you dont know what to do exactly. Those who are favourites or can party on weekends were allowed wfh other hard working employees or consistent performers were asked to strict wfo as they were the ones who solely will generate the revenue for rest. Leads and managers does not even know proper business communication (oral or written)! 8-9 Females HRs who do nothing except for few. Advice - Please focus on work that will sustain the organisation.
