Likes

Good, positive and spiritual work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Heres so many natural places for spiritual celebration and gathering. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give intensive based on performance every month.

There is slow growth in salary and designation.

In Sumeru work like is smooth and challenging too. In regular work I learnt soft skills and how to overcome the challenges.
