The teammates are very professional, and being professional they are also expert in taking credit of work done by their juniors and blaming for any mistakes done by their team members. I didn't find any positive thing working there, as they also remove some of their employees(HR) who had taken emergency leaves for some death in their family. After their re-joining they will find replacement of them working in the firm without intimating them. And they are forced to do recruitment(irrespective its their domain or not) to stay in the company. And the employee was recruited in their sister concern (Minchem Impex India Pvt Ltd) which is an import export (Re factory materials) based company and have nothing to do with recruitment. All the google reviews are made by the employees themselves (who are still working there). Same is the case with Facebook reviews too....Read More

The Directors of the company (specially the one based on recruitment) are very talented in involving all the employees in recruitment(whether it is his/her domain or not). And also they are expert in not giving F&F settlement of the employees who left the services, instead they demand compensation from the employees for non serving NP. No Incentives are provided irrespective its mentioned in your appointment letter or not. The target(recruitment) is also so high that its almost impossible to achieve for the recruiters....Read More

Work Details

Simply saying if you are not getting job anywhere you can join Success Partners, and work until you get best opportunity to work in some big firms. They are working for 2 to 3 clients only on which their turnover is based.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
