I worked in subex for 2 years according to my experience from work to company managment culture, everything is very poor, after 30 years subex . still have a start up culture and financial issue. micro management is in next level , and managers have typical cheep mentality which ruines the work life balance and work productivity ofan employee. The team where I was working has a dicrimination issue, they give lot of facilities to south indian language speak people in terms of work from home, salary hike and good behave, but situation is different for north indian. Guys in a seriouse note, please check all the glassdoor review because before joining subex I have checked but I ignored it, but later I realized that those reviews are true. If you dont have any option then also think twice before joining, and for dont join subex as Internship, because they will use it for 3 months and throw you out. So a developer can go on and and do dev ops talk with Arch, give them solution and even design stuffs. No role based work. Too much work pressure (Not always). Lot of unplanned stuffs , short term goals. When I say too much work pressure, it's generally end of release because higher management will be sleeping unfortunately during starting of release. Then they wake up tries to make unnecessary rule which no one will follow eventually ( they are uselessrules so it's better no one follows). Skillfull and dedicated people knows that unless they are contributing well management has to bend . My suggestion will be instead of making these useless rules provide employee flexibility for tasks and have more accountability from starting of sprint not once things are screwed. Also trust ur dev/tester as they are one who knows things from ground level ( unless ofcourse he/she hardly works). Higher management (especially testing management) should not be just excel merchant but instead they should know some HLD of product so that when dev/tester explain him/her some issue they are able to perform actions or take decission....Read More

When working at small organization (i.e., less than 1000 employees), job role isn't fixed. This sometimes can turn as a benefit, as you tend to learn how the entire system works. But at times this seems a disaster when you've worked with large organization which are very process oriented.
Extreme work pressure, which is fine in a competitive market these days. But in return, employees either expect matching salary or job security and both are missing. Other organizations support employees with certification courses. Subex doesn't provide this option. Other organization benefits such as Leaves, health benefits / insurance, claims policies etc are poor. No transport provided.

(1) Job security is compromised due to ineffective management. During team downsizing, managers provided insufficient support. Additionally, team members lack cooperation.(2) Internal team politics is excessive, requiring significant effort to navigate successfully. (3) The absence of a sick leave policy restricts leave options to Paid Leave (PL) or Casual Leave (CL) only. (4) Appraisals are disappointing, and Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) payouts, heavily dependent on company performance, have sharply decreased (50% to 60%). (5) The company's reported 11% growth appears misleading, influenced by workforce reductions across departments. Senior employees receive preferential treatment despite poor performance. (6) Canteen facilities are subpar, and food quality is unsatisfactory. (7) Job roles lack clear definition, causing confusion. (8) Medical benefits are inadequate, covering only Rs.3,00,000 for oneself, spouse, and up to two children. Additionally, 20% of treatment costs must be borne by the employee. (9) HR is perceived as passive, influenced by the CEO and management. One can learn a lot of things in terms of telecom domain knowledge. The company has potential to become a major player in telecom service domain.
Company culture is not good. Skill gap is very huge in the workforce, many technical people have nearly no technical expertise that creates a cascading effect. Pay and promotion is much lower than market standards.
