(4) Appraisals are disappointing, and Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) payouts, heavily dependent on company performance, have sharply decreased (50% to 60%). (5) The company's reported 11% growth appears misleading, influenced by workforce reductions across departments. Senior employees receive preferential treatment despite poor performance. (6) Canteen facilities are subpar, and food quality is unsatisfactory. (7) Job roles lack clear definition, causing confusion. (8) Medical benefits are inadequate, covering only Rs.3,00,000 for oneself, spouse, and up to two children. Additionally, 20% of treatment costs must be borne by the employee. (9) HR is perceived as passive, influenced by the CEO and management. When working at small organization (i.e., less than 1000 employees), job role isn't fixed. This sometimes can turn as a benefit, as you tend to learn how the entire system works. But at times this seems a disaster when you've worked with large organization which are very process oriented.

Extreme work pressure, which is fine in a competitive market these days. But in return, employees either expect matching salary or job security and both are missing.
