Only good thing is, if spoken, that is about work-life balance.

Work-life balance - Excellent

It is specifically about job security at first, then immediately it comes to salary commitment, and finally about work environment and innovation.

Work Details

They don't know exactly what they actually want at what time-frame, always keep on changing work assignments before getting their previous assignment completed and then forces at a point of time why the previous assignment was not accomplished till time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
