Company especially the boss give me opportunity to work independently,freely most of the times and due to which I can and I am generating results to an appreciating level.Even there is no pressure to finish the project within one or two days as it is being discussed far earlier between me and the boss .

Dislikes

Although company gives me free hands to work independently but career growth is little slower here.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
