As a fresher, you have to burden a lot things. they believe and handover more than 20 company's statutory compliance. That's quit risk, hence, they give some time. During this period, you can learn everything.when you quit this job and move to others job. you will be king of hr in your new job. No one known better than you about statutory compliance.

Dislikes

Salary package is very low and, As a fresher, you have to learn everything with in short period. Until you learn, you can't work happily. Situation will be pressure.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
