1. Very partial AM who assigned tough/irrelevant jobs to me based on partiality. He exploited me by saying all others are very young people, or sick, etc., and only from Linked profile, I found today, the 'young' person he referred to was actually having 11+ years experience (I have only 7) & was over 30 years of age!! I resigned only last month due to toxic culture of AM. Hectic workload was assigned to me even on Pooja/Holidays, whereas he gave leaves generously to all other team members. Raised his voice & talked to me abusively when I confronted him about my exploitation. He even cursed me saying I won't be living good wherever company I go!! Despite the company's impressive growth trajectory, I find the lack of transparent leadership and the frequent restructuring to be disconcerting, as it creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and hinders long-term planning.

HR recruiting a manager without background verification, and this manager does nothing and torture his team members. (This manager, I am mentioning in particular, had been asked to resign and leave in his earlier companies for his unworthiness.) I don't like the HR and complay keeping quiet, when the entire team goes out. This is not a single team. work from home(comes with cost of working 14-15 hrs daily and they can call you and give work anytime since they think are you can work anytime as its work from home) its analytics branch is new, kind of 0-1 level startup, so there can be some growth opportunities

Dislikes

Very bad and stressful work culture. Bad higher management Working like servants to American clients, need to work on weekends, holidays and even on sick leaves to make clients happy. No work life balance, they will keep you under the stress and lots of micromanagement. Rude and unprofessional behaviour by higher management.

No growt, Bad appraisal, Lady Manager is toxic and pushes you in mental stress and calls you in late hours as she has no personal life of her own. Hybrid or WFH is not provided for valid reason but provided to her pets. No respect for previous experience and amateurs who are in organization are given preference. HR gives zero preference to employee benefits and sides with the toxic manager.

Number of projects are less in e-learning on Chegg is single client they hold. And chegg is now days become worst day by day by providing wrong and incorrect feedback. If Chegg not improve its policy very soon Chegg going to shut down if provide incorrect feedback and block IDs.

Work Life balance Best fit for people who married and already have tons of knowledge. They are trying improve.

1)Less learning curve 2)No cloud exposure 3)Less projects most of project are at poc after some months the project will be closed. 4)At the max you can expect 9% hike mostly it would be 5% whatever you perform. 5)Very Big data science team with less projects.
