Assistant Manager - Finance | Chennai

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and prevent overdue debts
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Resolve disputes or conflicts related to payments thru mail / calls with the customers and OPS teams
• Identify and address any issues or reasons for non-payment
• Good knowledge in MIS
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement strategies for faster collections
• Bachelor's degree (BCom) or MBA or CA /ICWA Inter in finance or a related field is preferred

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
• Proficient in using collection software and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
• Should have knowledge in FEMA / EDPMS
• Knowledge in SAP/S4
• Good knowledge in MIS
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelors degree (BCom) or MBA or CA /ICWA Inter in finance
