Dislikes

Poor work culture. Management doesn't empower their team members. One person takes all the decision (all the powers to one person). Old strong lobby influence the culture and decision-making.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
