$ Too much time wasted in on line meetings. $ Management will humiliate you in the forum if you fail to perform to the desired expectations, but the next moment will uplift you and motivate you to perform $ Very difficult to get the payment released if site payment is not released. $ Senior staff is the set back to the organization.
